Great surprise!

I was on the website and had just ordered the newly released USA bolt action pen and saw this limited edition version was also available. The Umnumzaan knife is my favorite knife so I had to order this pen because it matches the design of the knives mill cuts. I’m glad I acted fast to get it because it was sold out minutes later and most likely will not be available again.

Not the experience I expected.

I purchased a pen from this company at the same time as my coworker, and we had both pens shipped to the same address. They were sent using different carriers (UPS and USPS), so they arrived on different days.

My first issue was with shipping. Although the company advertises a certain processing time, my order was shipped later than promised. Delays can happen, but it would have been appreciated if they had communicated that the order was running behind instead of leaving me to wonder about the status.

The second issue was quality control. My coworker's pen arrived with a noticeably inconsistent blasted finish, with several spotted areas that should have been caught before shipping. Even more concerning, the bolt mechanism did not work right out of the box. We had to completely disassemble and reassemble it before it functioned properly. A basic quality control inspection should have caught an issue like that before the product was sent to a customer.

Overall, the lack of communication regarding delays and the quality control issues left us disappointed. Based on this experience, I would not purchase from this company again.
