Shipping policy

We ship most of our items from our own warehouse in Chattanooga TN, some items may ship from Amazon fulfillment, as well as a 3rd party warehouse in Asia.

Once your order is accepted, it will be shipped within the next 48 hours (we ship Monday through Friday). If you place an order Friday evening or sometime in the weekend, your package will ship out the upcoming Monday or Tuesday. You will receive tracking in the email you provide in your email once your order is shipped.

For the United States:

Shipping estimates are provided on the checkout page, but here’s a general idea for domestic shipping:

Expedited: 2-5 business days (FREE shipping)

Priority: 2-3 business days

Standard: 4-7 business days (FREE shipping); 5-15 business days for HI, AK, PR, and overseas military addresses

For Outside the United States:

Free shipping will take 7-20 business days, depending on your location. DHL and UPS paid shipping may be available for some destination countries; shipping estimates will be provided on the checkout page.
